30-Day Warranty: We stand by our refurbished quality. If you discover a functional defect within 30 days, please contact us to initiate a return.

Return Logistics: All returns must be physically brought back to the original pickup location. eCaboose does not provide return labels or transport for returned goods.
Shipping & Pickup Policy
eCaboose (Powered by Sunnking) operates as a Local Pickup storefront. We do not currently offer shipping, freight coordination, or parcel delivery at this time. Stay tuned for future updates!

Pickup Location: All orders must be picked up at our facility located at:
- 4 Owens Road, Brockport, NY, 14420

Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-4:30pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Processing Time: Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to pull and prep your order. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email notification once your order is staged. Please do not arrive until you have received this confirmation.

Vehicle Requirements: Buyers are responsible for providing a vehicle appropriate for the size of the order. For palletized wholesale lots, a box truck or trailer is recommended.

Loading Assistance: Our warehouse team can assist with loading via forklift for palletized orders. However, for smaller parcel-sized pickups, buyers are responsible for hand-loading their own vehicles.
